REFUND POLICY
Cancellations
We accept cancellations. If you need to make a change to your order or would like to cancel your order it must be done within 24 hours of your purchase via a formal cancellation email to zhanying@crystal-bear.com. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we'll start to make your nails and you agree to wait for the processing time to complete your order.
Payment and refund transactions will incur approximately 10% handling fee, which will be charged by the credit card company or PayPal. This fee will be borne by you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All kits are custom made to order, for this reason, and for reasons of hygiene, I cannot offer return nail products unless the nails you receive are damaged during delivery. Please carefully review your selections when placing orders.
If you want to exchange items, you have to take care of the fee of shipping back to me as well as the re-shipping. SO please make sure you choose the right size when placing orders.
We do not offer free return unless the product was damaged or incorrect items have been sent.
Returned packages (due to incorrect address info or taxes owed) will be reshipped at the buyers expense. Contact us to make sure we have received it then pay the RE-shipping Free so we can send it back out.

Please note that:
- Because our product is 100% crafted by hand, there will be individual characteristics in each item that make it entirely unique. These are not defects but are part of their handmade nature.
- There is a slight possibility that charms falling down due to the long shipping trip. We all don't want to see that happen, so I've prepared some gifts as compensation for potential accidental damage...If you don't mind, usually you can fix it by glue, but of course I'll do partly refund for the damaged items.
